Hawk Line Construction is a fast-growing company with a professional work environment that builds and repairs power lines for various electric companies locally and throughout the United States focusing on the central, southern, and eastern US states. Hawk also supports multiple electric companies with storm restoration, mainly throughout the summer and fall months.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall tool inventory and organization of the tool shed.
• Oversee the tooling supplied to crews and trucks are accurate.
• Develop improvement plans for tool room organization and inventory.
• Coordinate with Director and General Foreman upcoming tool needs.
• Ensure that the team understands the process and tool control program.
• Assist Fleet Mgr. in achieving customer satisfaction to align with company strategy.
• Assist the Fleet Mgr. with various job tasks.
• Keep detailed records of tool inventory location.
• Inspect and ensure all tooling is clean and in good working order.
• Ensure that all employees fill out and sign the proper Tooling Checkout Forms.
• Making sure that storm locks are placed on all trucks located on the lot.
• Provide support to the operations team for storm calls.

• Must have a valid CDL, class A.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
• Must be able to work full time.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess skills in Microsoft excel/word.
