This is a FREE event for Newton County Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and their Families. We have Games, Rides, Food and so many prizes. There will be face painting, balloon twisting, snow cones, cotton candy and lots of fun! Come on out and enjoy the day! We can't wait to see you.
