The companies solving workforce shortages are not waiting for more applicants. They are changing how they hire.

On June 3rd, employers from across the region will gather in Joplin for Reimagining Your Workforce, a fast-paced workforce event focused on practical hiring strategies, new talent pipelines, and tools that help businesses reduce turnover and fill open positions.

Hosted by University of Missouri Extension and sponsored by Arvest Bank and Tomo Drug Testing, the event is designed for employers, HR professionals, supervisors, and hiring managers looking for workforce solutions that work in today’s labor market.

Attendees will:

· Hear from employers already using innovative hiring strategies

· Learn ways to lower hiring risk and improve retention

· Discover untapped talent pipelines

· Explore employer supports including tax credits and Federal Bonding

· Connect with workforce and community partners helping businesses hire smarter
