FIRST COMMUNITY BANK WELCOMES BOLINGER TO JOPLIN MARKET
Batesville, AR (May 11, 2026) – First Community Bank is pleased to announce that Jordan Bolinger has joined the organization as vice president, treasury management sales officer, serving the bank’s Southwest Missouri region, including Joplin, Neosho, Goodman and Jane.
In this role, Bolinger will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding treasury management services for existing and prospective customers. She will focus on identifying opportunities to deliver tailored financial solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to businesses across the region.
Bolinger brings a diverse professional background, including prior banking experience and more than a decade in the utility industry, where she most recently served as senior manager of key accounts. In that role, she worked closely with large industrial clients, school districts and municipalities, building strong relationships and delivering strategic solutions.

Bolinger is actively engaged in her community, having served in leadership roles with several organizations, including the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, MOKAN Partnership Board of Directors and as past president of the Webb City Area Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as president of the Webb City/Carl Junction Rotary Club and continues her involvement with the Webb City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Bolinger earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University.
