We're currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our mill/plant team as a production worker/mill associate. Our operations run on standard shop/office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We're looking for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to dive into the production process.

Key responsibilities include operating forklifts, filling and stacking bags, conducting general facility upkeep, and assisting with various manufacturing machinery.

Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of general manufacturing practices, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a knack for fostering positive working relationships with team members. While specific machine training will be provided, applicants are expected to have a foundational knowledge of manufacturing environments, prioritizing safety at all times.

- Capacity to stand for prolonged periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

Starting Pay: $15/hr
