  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    1. Ability to sell, mix, and serve alcoholic beverages and food to customers from behind a bar.
    2. Must be well organized.
    3. Be able to read and check a customer’s identification to confirm that the customer is of legal drinking age.
    4. Receive money and/or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and POS system.
    5. Keeps the bar well stocked by maintaining liquor and glasses at the bar.
    6. Possess the ability to professionally refuse to serve customers that may have had too much to drink.
    7. Keep accurate records of tabs and collect the proper amount when guest has finished.
    8. Pour drinks quickly according to beverage guidelines.
    9. Maintain the bar area to keep it clean.
    10. Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.
