ACCESS Family Care is committed to providing high-quality mental health services to students in Neosho and Anderson, MO. We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to deliver school-based therapy to students, supporting their emotional and behavioral well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide individual therapy to students in a school setting
· Conduct diagnostic intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
· Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and administrative staff to support student success
· Educate students and families on mental health strategies and coping skills
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
· Participate in school and interagency meetings to coordinate care
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
· Missouri licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC, LMFT) required
· Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to adapt to the school environment and work effectively with diverse student populations
