Position Title: Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Anderson MO & Float Team

Pay Based upon Certification/License, previous MA/LPN Experience

Position Summary

ACCESS Family Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistants or LPNs to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves working collaboratively with providers and clinical staff to support our mission of providing accessible healthcare to the communities we serve.

Currently hiring for positions in Anderson MO and our Float Team (this position would require travel between all clinics: Anderson, Aurora, Carthage, Cassville, Joplin, Lamar, Monett, Neosho Clinics, mileage reimbursement).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and documentation
• Assist with procedures and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Uphold infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Medical Assist/Current Missouri LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification (BLS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in outpatient or primary care setting preferred
