• Part Time Kennel Technician - Gateway Getaway Pets

Hours: Some mornings, some evenings, some weekends

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel facility
- Feed, water, and exercise animals according to their individual needs
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the supervisor
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing animals.
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior

Skills:
- Experience in pet care or related field such as veterinary assistant, pet grooming, or animal handling
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners and provide information about their pets' well-being
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job, including moving large dogs or bags of pet food
- Knowledge of basic dog training techniques is a plus

*Must have availability mornings, evening, and weekends.
