    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
    • Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently
    • Assist with invoicing and general clerical tasks
    • Support office operations using standard office software
    • Help manage and contribute to social media advertising efforts
    • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role (HVAC or service industry a plus)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, scheduling systems)
    • Comfortable assisting with basic marketing and social media
    • Ability to communicate clearly and resolve customer issues effectively
