The Crowder Building Trades program has two cabins/tiny houses up for auction! Cabins are 12’ X 24’ and include a kitchenette, full bath with tub and shower, open floor plan, and washer and dryer hook up. Cabins are built on 6' X 6' skids for full mobility.

The Building Technology program consists of instruction in framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical and finish work. Instructed by Andy McClain, students built the cabins as part of their classroom experience. This program is part of the Crowder Technical Education Center, which is comprised of high school students from Neosho, McDonald County, Seneca, East Newton, and Diamond.
Cabins available for onsite tours 7 am - 3 pm Monday - Thursday beginning Monday, June 15. Tours end at 11 am Tuesday, June 30. Call 417.455.5596 for more information.
NOTE: Cabins sold as is and must be moved off Crowder property by July 31, 2020. Buyer must pay the full purchase price June 30, the final day of the auction. Loading, transporting, and insurance are the buyer's responsibility. Crowder College assumes no responsibility beyond purchase.
