Enjoy a picture book and the outdoors.
A book will be located outside the library in front of the parking lot in Neosho.
A book will also be posted outside the Seneca library
After you enjoy the book go inside the library and pick up a craft kit that goes along with the book.
Each Monday a new book is displayed along with a new craft.
