Crowder College History Symposium Presents Dr. Brooks Blevins
The Social Science Division is preparing to start another History Symposium series of speakers for the Spring Semester. The first speaker, Dr. Brooks Blevins will take to the podium in April where he will deliver his well-known presentation“How to Talk Ozark in Seven Simple Steps.” Dr. Blevins is the Noel Boyd Professor of Ozarks Studies at Missouri State University in Springfield and was born and raised in in rural Arkansas in the heart of the Ozarks. The free event will take place on April 2 at 6pm at the Wright Conference center, located upstairs inside the Arnold Farber Building at Crowder College Neosho (601 Laclede Ave., Neosho, MO 64850).
