About Us
SolSource Greenbuild offers solutions for sustainable living. We provide commercial and residential solar energy systems. We also manufacture 1 & 2 bedroom small modular cottages that have Missouri Modular Certification as well as DOE-Zero Energy Ready Homes (DOE-ZERH) Certification. We are open for public sales for individual purchase, and we also provide homes for developers who are constructing for-profit and non-profit cottage communities.
Our homes have R-54 ceiling, R-30 floors, R-22 walls. Homes are constructed 16" o.c., trusses and floor joists constructed with #1 Yellow Pine. Metal roofs. Flooring, countertop, appliance upgrades available. Pioneer split system HVAC, rated to -13.
