About Us
I am the founder of Freeburg Design & Automation, a Neosho-based product development and automation firm focused on turning ideas into functional, manufacturable solutions. My work spans concept development, CAD design, CNC machining, industrial automation, and hands-on prototyping, allowing me to support projects from early vision through production-ready execution.
I work with inventors, manufacturers, and small businesses to solve real-world problems through disciplined engineering, practical design, and clear communication. My approach emphasizes reliability, efficiency, and long-term value—building solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper.
In addition to my technical work, I am a professional speaker. I speak to businesses, organizations, and community groups on leadership, discipline, personal responsibility, and identity-driven growth. My presentations are grounded in real experience, drawing from business ownership, manufacturing environments, and military service. The focus is always practical application—clear thinking, strong decision-making, and execution under pressure.
I am a U.S. Navy veteran, having served as a Hospital Corpsman embedded with Marine units. That background shaped my calm, structured, and results-driven approach to both engineering and leadership. I value accountability, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, even when it is difficult.
Neosho is home. I am committed to contributing to the strength of the local business community by building dependable solutions, developing people, and supporting work that creates lasting value.
