Retirement Reception to honor Annette Thurston scheduled for December 20th

On Wednesday, December 20th, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., members of the surrounding area chambers are invited to attend a retirement reception honoring Annette Thurston, founding Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Four States. The reception will be a come-and-go event located at Ronald McDonald House of the Four States. On September 19th, 2023, Thurston publicly announced her retirement from RMHC, set for December 31st, 2023. Her retirement will bring to a close a career of nearly 26 years of outstanding servant leadership, compassion and stewardship to the Charity’s mission of creating, finding and supporting programs that better the lives of children and families.
