    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description:
    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with drivers and coordinating with fellow recruiting staff to ensure timely and accurate screenings. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:
    • Answering inbound calls from drivers.
    • Making outbound phone calls to drivers. (No Cold Calling)
    • Pre-qualify driver applicants according to company requirements.
    • Serve as point person for potential drivers during recruiting process.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.
    • Enter driver applicants into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience. (Preferred)
    • Google Sheets (Preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

    Work Hours:
    Monday – Friday 10:30am – 7:00pm
