    General Description:
    Serving our Medicare clientele with self-less dedication in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Manage and maintain all aspects of customer satisfaction within the Senior Sales Department.
    Professional, friendly communication with clients face-to-face, and by all electronic means.
    Accurate, detailed data collection from clients for quoting purposes.  Detailed data entry into our agency management system, as well as various quote engines.
    Supply Management.

    Qualifications for the position:
    A career-minded individual with a good sense of humor, who is friendly, reliable, kind and passionate about providing great customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

    Key Competencies:
    Customer Interface Skills, Data Entry, Time Management, Organization Skills, Persistency, and Problem Solving.  Life & Health license preferred, but not required.  Training available for the right career-minded individual.
