    Medicalodges Neosho has an immediate opening for a Business Office Manager with the primary responsibility of managing the functions of the Business Office and maintaining overall operation of facility’s financial requirements under the supervision of the Administrator.  If you wish to work for a company with a rich history of care to customers, residents, clients, and consumers we want to talk with you today.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Serves as a consultant to the Administrator regarding the business management of the facility.
    • Serves as liaison between the facility and the corporate office to resolve any problems, concerns, complaints, and changes that occur.
    • Performs business office functions in all areas including, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, resident trust accounts, Human Resources, and Payroll.
    • Keeps abreast of all laws and regulations dealing with Medicare and Medicaid
     
    Job Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong computer skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines
