    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To serve food and nonalcoholic beverage to our guests in a timely friendly and enthusiastic manner. To perform this job successfully, a Team member must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • Report to work in proper uniform.
    • Stock all food and paper supplies.
    • Keep work area clean and organized.
    • Serve menu items according to Bordertown recipe standard.
    • Clean out coolers on a daily basis.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.

    EXPERIENCE: 6 months previous restaurant experience preferred.

    LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Serve Safe Certified.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.     While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly required to stand for a full shift; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The Team member frequently is required to taste or smell. The Team member is occasionally required to walk. The Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.     While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The Team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.

    SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides. Ability to use whole numbers, fractions and percentages. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
