    1. Develop and implement all Bordertown Casino Guest Satisfaction Standards to all guests and all fellow team members.
    2. Attend new team member departmental orientation prior to beginning work in the department.
    3. Create a positive guest/employee experience. Smile, be helpful and friendly.
    4. Answer questions, take responsibility to get answers and anticipate our guests needs and problems.
    5. Greet guests cordially when seated at a table.
    6. Assists guests in any way possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
    7. Adhere to sanitation rules and regulations. Keep station stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
    8. Maintain inventory of paper goods by keeping shelves organized and notifying Supervisor of need.
    9. Conduct any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
    10. Clear and wipe tables and chairs. Wipe down side stations.
    11. Assist servers in resetting their tables when time allows.
    12. Breaks down bus pans at dish machine area. Sorts all items.
    13. Spot swipes buffet for food debris. Attends department meetings as scheduled.

    EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.



    EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months experience in the restaurant field preferred.



    LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Serve Safe Certified.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The Team Member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
