    Student Success Center Assistant, Crowder College. The Student Success Center (SSC) Assistant is a full-time, 12-month clerical position responsible for providing all clerical and administrative support to the SSC in addition to monitoring the SSC computer lab.  The Assistant reports directly to the SSC Director.
    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Related or similar experience in a college setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with students, other professionals, staff, and the public
    • Ability and desire to learn and work in a rapidly changing environment
    • Analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Excellent organizational skills and highly detailed oriented
    • Ability to be self-directed
    Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • College degree
    $10.35 per hour plus full fringe benefits including PEERS retirement, health and life insurance, and tuition waivers for dependents.
