    Accounts Receivable Manager, Crowder College. The Accounts Receivable Manager ensures effective and efficient processing of accounts receivable functions, revenue reporting and AR ledger reconciliation. Provides oversight of the Cashiers’ Office; is responsible for processing all funds received by the college insuring deposits are correctly coded to the appropriate accounts; maintains  student accounts, billing procedures and collection activities; and provides customer service to anyone visiting the Cashiers’ Office. 
     
    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
    • Two years of related work experience involving accounting.
    • Knowledge of general accounting practices, office procedures and office filing systems.
    • Knowledge of businesslike and courteous telephone procedures.
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, despite multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
    • Ability to communicate and coordinate student deadlines with other college departments and campuses.
    • Well-developed proofreading skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees, students and the general public.
    • Ability to handle confidential material judiciously (learn and abide by FERPA regulations).
     
    Annual salary range $38,343 - $52,867, commensurate with education and experience, plus full fringe benefits including membership in the Public School Retirement System of Missouri, health and life insurance, and tuition waivers for dependents.
