    Full-Time Tire Technician
    Pay negotiable based on experience

    Job duties include but are not limited to installing, repairing, balancing, and rotating tires for passenger and commercial vehicles. Patching tires, inspecting wear patterns and ensuring that tires are correctly inflated and properly replaced on the vehicle. May also perform specialty tire work, such as studding tires for snow, retreading previously worn off-the-road (OTR) tires, and repairing run-flat tires. Will also be selling tires, conducting inventory as needed, and maintaining tire repair equipment.
    Education: A high school diploma or equivalent and experience is required. Certifications preferred but not required.
    Must have good customer service skills as well as in-depth technical knowledge about tire repair. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Must have good communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively. Tire repair requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate repair machinery safely in any environment. A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
