DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, April 27th\, Crowder College\, The Neosho Area Arts Council\, and the Newton County Library will be co-sponsoring an authors fair at the college from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Forty authors from the four-state region have registered to display and sell their work\, ranging from children's literature\, to personal improvement books\, to Christian literature\, to True Crime\, to thriller and mystery fiction. Every 30 minutes during the day\, writers will present in two concurrent sessions on topics related to their writing or on the art and craft of writing. This session will be of particular interest to those wanting to publish their own writing or wishing to writing and publishing a personal/family history at no cost to the author. During the same morning time block\, the Crowder literary magazine\, The Quill\, will conduct a session on getting your work published in the Quill.
