Sound Therapy Session for Stress Reduction and Total Relaxation!

If you have not yet experienced what sound therapy can do for you, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. It is scheduled for Sunday, July 16 at 2:00 (come about 15 minutes early to get your place secured) at New Mac Community Room , Mustang Drive in Anderson, MO. 

Bring a comfortable pad or reclining lawn chair, pillow, blanket and eye mask if you so choose and prepare to become as deeply relaxed as ever you have been!

The sounds you will hear take you to a new level as you listen to crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, gongs and more. These are instruments that have been used for thousands of years in healing, and you will feel the benefits immediately.
