FREE Physicals
Freeman Sports Medicine & Neosho Athletics are happy to provide free athletic
physicals for all students who will be in grades 7-12 for the 2019-20 school year.
Neosho High School Gym
Wednesday, April 10th 2019 at 5:30p.m.
Packets are online and can be picked up in the NHS, NJH, or NMS offices prior to 4/10.
Packets must be signed & brought to the gym on 4/10.
