Doug Hall Mural Unveiling at Neosho Newton County Library
The Board of Neosho Newton County Library invites you to attend the unveiling of the tile mural based on the original oil by Doug Hall "Neosho Big Spring Bluff". The painting was commissioned by a local collector who is donating the tile rendition to the Library's new addition next to the Community Room. Refreshments will be served beginning at 5:30pm, the unveiling will happen at 6:00pm.
