The Crowder College History Symposium presents, National Park Service Historian, Connie Langum! Her lecture, "The Battle of and For Wilson's Creek" continues the speaker series October 5 at 6pm in the Wright Conference Center (601 Laclede Ave., Neosho, MO 64850).
Connie is a 32-year employee of the National Park Service, with 29 of those years being at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Crowder College, Bachelor of Arts degree from Missouri Southern State College, and a Master of Arts degree from Pittsburg State University. She is the Historian at Wilson's Creek and also manages the parks library. She and her husband Rick have one daughter, Maddie, who is a Junior at the University of Missouri. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with her family, and traveling to Civil War sites.
