Help Us Design Alpha Gal Education Programs
MU Extension is gathering input to assess public awareness and community education needs related to Alpha-Gal Syndrome (AGS) in Missouri. AGS is a tick-borne food allergy caused by bites from the lone star tick, which can result in allergic reactions to mammalian meat and related products.
Please take 10 minutes to complete a short survey that asks a few questions about your awareness of AGS and program needs. The data collected will directly inform MU Extension’s future programming and priorities.
