DESCRIPTION:$10 Entry Fee - Free Entry for current Circle of Patrons Artist Members\; first canvas provided - size 8x10 inch\n \n\nCheck in from 9:00 to 10:00am at Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce (216 West Spring Street\, Neosho\, MO 64850)\; Return finished from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce Or Return from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Neosho Arts Council booth on the Square.\n \n\nArtists may choose any location inside the Neosho city limits to set up such as Big Spring Park\, Morse Park\, Neosho National Fish Hatchery\, Downtown\, etc. Please do not set up on private property unless you have permission.\n \n\nAll returned work will be displayed at the Big Spring Gallery inside the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce (and our virtual gallery) during July and August. Cash Prizes will be awarded for First Place ($300)\, Second Place ($200)\, and Third Place ($100). Awards will be presented after July 4th.\n \n\nWork will be for sale with a 30% commission to Neosho Arts Council\n \n\nCanvas will be provided and stamped for this event. Additional canvases may be purchased for $5 each.\n \n\nOpen to any artist age 18+. Artist gives permission for Neosho Arts Council to photograph during the event and works during the show for promotional purposes.
