City-County Map
Encore Publishing will publish our 2013 City-County Map. This is the only map we distribute at our office, plus we send out to business prospects and also include it in our relocation packets. Job Fest 2013

Sweet Arts Gala
The Neosho Arts Council will host their Sweet Arts Gala Dinner, Dance & Auction on Saturday, February 2nd at 6:00 p.m. at The Civic. Tickets are $50 per person. Tables of eight are $400. 12th Annual Christopher Foundation Gospel Celebration
The 12th Annual Christopher Foundation Gospel Celebration will be held on Saturday, February 2nd at the Neosho First Baptist Church at 12325 Hwy. 86. Neosho R5 Schools Preschool and Kindergarten Screenings will be offered March through April 2013 at the PAT office at 201 N. Wood St. Eligibility requirements: Preschool – child must be four years old before August 1st, 2013; Kindergarten – child must be five years old before August 1st, 2013. Pet Fair 2013
The City of Neosho will host their Annual Pet Fair on Saturday, March 2nd from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Lampo Community Center. They will have information on local pet services as well as tag and vaccinate our pets. Dr. Kent Findley will be offering discounted vaccinations, Faithful Friends Animal Advocates will be holding pet adoptions, and they will be tagging our four legged friends. Neosho Sprint Triathlon
Neosho Sprint Triathlon to benefit Faithful Friends Animal Advocates, sponsored by Freeman Health System and Prime Care Family Medicine, Dr. Craig Pendergrass will be held on Saturday, March 30th at 8:00 a.m. Swim 300 yards, Bike 13.5 miles, Run 3.1 miles. Neosho’s City-Wide Garage Sale is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 5th & 6th. This will be our 25th Anniversary! This annual event draws large crowds of bargain hunters to Neosho, so whether you’re buying or selling, mark your calendars and be ready for a busy day!

Safe Kids Day
The Newton County Health Department & the Alliance of Southwest Missouri will hold the annual “Safe Kids Day” event on Friday, May 3rd from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. on the Health Department parking lot at 812 W. Harmony. Parents will be able to get their children’s fingerprints & a photo id. There will be safety demonstrations, kid’s games, activities and lots of prizes & freebies. A $1.00 donation is requested for the photo id but there is no charge for most of the activities.
